You can also become a member of MADD Canada's Monthly Donor Program with a gift from your credit card, or directly from your bank account on the 15th of the month. For more information about this type of donation, click here.

End of Year Tax Receipts

1. Donations received by mail

Any donation received by Friday, January 15th, 2010, with a cheque date and postmark date in 2009, will be considered a 2009 donation. Any donation with a cheque date of January 2010 will be considered a 2010 donation.

2. Donations made by telephone/fax

Any credit card donation request received by phone or fax after December 31st, 2009 (EST) will be considered a 2010 donation.

3. Donations that have been couriered or hand-delivered

Any donation received on Friday, January 4th, 2010 by 4:30 pm will be considered a 2009 donation as long as the cheque is dated 2009.

4. Online donations

Online donations are receipted at the time the donation is made. Therefore, any donation made after December 31st, 2009 will be considered a 2010 donation.
