The MADD Red Ribbon Campaign kicks off this week.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving has been handing out the ribbons to drivers since 1986.

Last night, members of the OPP detachment in Tecumseh handed them out at a RIDE program on Lesperance Road.

Sergeant Rick Tonial has been a police officer for 22 years and says, a lot's changed over the years.

The Red Ribbon Campaign is MADD's longest running program.
