MADD Canada Publications - Your Party, Your Liability

If you are planning a party over Christmas or for New Year's Eve, or providing alcohol at a hockey tournament or social gathering during your holidays, you will want to consider your liability in serving or providing alcohol. You will also want to know precautions you can take to ensure your party does not result in a lawsuit.
