IPromise is a new campaign to raise awareness about potential consequences of driving impaired. At the heart of the program is the IPromise bracelet which symbolizes the wearer's promise, to his/her mother and to the world, to never drive impaired. Ontario Graphic Licence Plate Program
You can now show your support for MADD Canada by purchasing a Province of Ontario graphic licence plate. These plates are available directly from MADD Canada or Driver and Vehicle Licence Issuing Offices across the province.
The plates cost $77.75 for a set of regular series graphic plates. A $20.00 shipping and handling charge will be applied for plates purchased from MADD Canada and you will be able to choose from a list of available plate numbers. When you receive your plates, you will need to take the plates, the form letter (which accompanies the plates) and your vehicle ownership information to a Driver and Vehicle Licence Issuing Office to transfer the plates into your name and attach the plates to your vehicle.
The Province of Ontario will pay royalty fees to MADD Canada of $2.25 for each set of regular series plates purchased. You can also choose to add the MADD Canada graphic to a personalized licence plate. These plates can be ordered at Driver and Vehicle Licence Issuing Offices, online at www.ServiceOntario.ca or by phone at 1-800-AUTO-PL8 and MADD Canada will receive royalty fees of $4.50 for each set purchased. Car Heaven
Each year in Canada, approximately 1.6 million vehicles are declared no longer fit for the road for reasons such as failed emissions testing or accidents. We may recycle our glass and plastic but most of us never think about recycling our cars.
Car Heaven offers car owners across Canada a convenient and cost-effective way to retire their old, high-polluting cars. The vehicle is towed for free (value-$200), recycled, and proceeds from the scrap materials are donated to affiliated charities including MADD Canada.
All participants receive a charitable tax receipt for their donated vehicle. In addition, they get the satisfaction that comes from knowing their vehicle was environmentally recycled and that they've helped charity. Since its launch in 2000, Car Heaven and its program partners have retired more than 90,000 smog-causing vehicles and generated more than $3.6 million for its affiliated charities.

MADD Canada in association with Caring Hands Publishing produces a magazine in various markets across the country. MADD Canada receives revenues from business ad sales. The magazine also helps generate awareness of the dangers of impaired driving.

MADD Canada partners with various vending machine vendors who distribute vending machines across the country to businesses. Businesses agree to display the machines with MADD Canada receiving revenues from these machines. These machines also help generate awareness of the dangers of impaired driving.
