On May 9, 1998 at approximately 2:30 a.m., our Kevin was killed by a drunk driver! The vehicle he was a passenger in failed to negotiate a curve, rolled over a number of times coming to rest on its roof in a ditch. Kevin was ejected from the vehicle and was likely crushed to death in the rollover. Kevin sustained massive head and neck injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The other 5 occupants all escaped serious injury.

The 18 year old driver was charged with: Impaired Driving Causing Death, Criminal Negligence Causing Death, and Refusing To Take A Breathalizer.
How senseless! This didn't need to happen! Please do your part to ensure that no more innocent lives are taken away!
