My father had to walk from the bus stop to home and was hit by a drunk driver at our gate and was killed instantly. The following message was provided by John's daughter, Bernadine Lewis My name is Bernadine Lewis and the effect of losing a father to a drunk driver has made us so aware of what a family goes through. I certainly would not want to see it happen to other families, but like everything else, you hear of it almost every day. Thank God for a wonderful mother who kept us all together.
