The impact caused brain injuries Chris could not survive.

The following message was provided by Chris' mother, Carolyn Cuillerier.

I am Chris' mother, Carolyn Cuillerier. I have lost all that I hold dear. The careless destruction by drunken drivers must be stopped!

Chris was my only child. At 23 years of age he was a young man with his whole life ahead of him. He had a good job, a beautiful fiancée, and all of his dreams and plans for the future right there in his heart. On June 18, 1998, a drunk driver destroyed them all. When she took his life she destroyed all of our lives. We cannot allow Chris to become a statistic!
