The 19-year-old crossed left of the centre line; toxicology reports confirm the 19-year-old had 240mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood - 3X the legal limit. Tribute message composed by Dan's wife of 3 years and 3 months, Cindy Connolley.

Dan also had one daughter, Kassidy, age 8 1/2 months. Dan was a wonderful husband and daddy. A wonderful family man.

Dear Dan,

Thank you for the time you took to touch the hearts of all you've met. Without even realizing the impact and legacy you'd be leaving behind.

Everyone had said you were taken too soon, such a beautiful inspiration to us all.

I, your wife Cindy, broken and weak, know I'll never be the same. And how will I will raise Baby Kassidy without your wisdom, wit, gentleness, dedication, laugh, great sense of humour, dreams and love for life.

Our quality of life is missing, my soul mate stripped away. My prayer is to make a difference and teach others that they may only have today.

Love Always and For Eternity,
Cindy and Kassidy
